Bunker surcharge
(Bunker Adjustment Factor)
Additionally to the freight, the shipping companies charge a surcharge for the fuel, it's called Bunkersurcharge or BAF. The BAF is not included in the price and changes every month because of the fuelprice of the last month.
You can find the aktual and the last BAF on the websites of the shipping companies.
These are guidelines for trucks and vehicles with overlength on frequently used routes. Under "last Adaptation" you can find the latest informations of the shipping companies.
